Recipe Of Lemon Yogurt ice Cream

Ingredients:
Eggs - 3 pcs,
Sugar - 100 g
Lemon - 2 units,
Milk yogurt - 300 g,
Cream - 150 g
Overripe lemon (sweet) - 1 pc.

Phase 1 was originally necessary to separate the protein from the egg yolks. Whipped yolks and there is added sugar. Lemons thoroughly washed, dried, and then, with grater, remove zest from one lemon. Each squeezed lemon juice.

Step 2 in the yolk cream mix yogurt, as well as lemon zest and lemon juice. Proteins whipped until strong foam. Then you can whip the cream with the same care.
